Phil is the former CEO and President of T. W. Phillips Gas and Oil Co., and Phillips Resources, Inc., recently purchased by Exxon Mobil Corporation. He graduated from Harvard University, B.A. cum laude, and the University of Pittsburgh Law School, J.D. While serving with Campus Crusade For Christ, he met his wife, Ruth Ann. They have 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
